Sorry to say it, but this was just bad.
Absolute garbage. theres nothing resembling a story. the action is slow and pitiful with no reason behind it. and for some reason van damme gives flashback beatdowns to the lead in prison I assume in some kind of chopped up training montage? vouldnt even get to the end of it.
