This was better than I had expected; it was worse than I had hoped for. I went into it not expecting much at all (the same old _"Let's milk it 'til it's bone-dry"_ routine) but I was pleasantly surprised as the story progressed. It seemed to offer a decent story, with even a bit of a different twist on it, and I began to think I was going to be pleasantly surprised with this one. Unfortunately, it stalled about 2/3 of the way through and when you _thought_ it was going to take a turn for some really good stuff, it just went completely flat. I mean NOTHING. It was like the writers ran out of ideas and the producers ran out of money and everyone said, _"You know what? This all sucks; let's just finish it up and go home."_ And that's kind of what they did. The ending was flat, the acting was sub-par throughout - by EVERYONE - the story started off interesting but lost its direction somewhere in there, and apart from the violence and gore, there is **nothing** to enjoy about this particular film. It just didn't work.

PS: Michelle Morgan needs to learn how to deadpan before she ever does another horror flick. It seemed like every time they did a close-up in one of her scenes (far too many, IMO) she was fighting back hysterical laughter. Hard to take a horror film seriously when one of the main characters can't portray fear. I hope this is the last thing I ever see her in because she simply can't act. Go have kids or something that (maybe) comes naturally because acting certainly doesn't.
