Overall I thought the story was pretty well done. I had seen this movie a long time ago and some of scenes had still stuck in memory.

It’s sprawling and ambitious and the movie just goes for it. It’s truly underrated and wears it’s influences on it’s sleeve.

Such a well told story, a true classic. This films progression and character development is top notch, perfectly capturing and conveying deep emotions... A really good tragedy film, don't expect song and dance but Chris Tuckers timely sprinkles of comedic relief is very effective at lightening things up in what would be an otherwise gloomy storyline. This film was well cast and everything screams realism rather than fiction so no issues with acting or plot holes in this one.

Since I have seen this film I cannot stop thinking about it and I agree with the other reviews that this is a must-see film as it talks about some really relevant things.
