Dark Night of the Scarecrow
Bubba, an intellectually disabled man, is falsely accused of attacking a young girl. Disguised as a scarecrow, he hides in a cornfield, only to be hunted down and shot by four vigilante men. After they are acquitted due to lack of evidence, the men find themselves being stalked one by one.

This originally aired on CBS back in 1981 and I think it may be the most entertaining Made-for-TV movie I've seen. Oh sure there are other candidates like "Gargoyles" and "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" both of which are creepier and "Duel" which is masterfully suspenseful but none of these had me sm More
