great movie, with great acting and a great message. There was some questionable behavior that wouldn't be in the movie anymore if it was made today, but that was the only downside for me. 7,5/10

This was a really good movie. Reminded me of basketball version of the film Lean on Me with Mr. Joe Clark. Both Coach Carter and Mr. Clark wanted the best for their players and students at their schools. They both chose the hard path at times and the unpopular path. It was well acted and worth the watch… is it the best film not but it does have a lot of heart.
