A classic 90's movie that features an all-star cast and is a standout in the rom-com genre. The film provides an excellent soundtrack and features excellent performances from Eddie Murphy and the rest of the cast. The humor is lighthearted, and the pacing is perfect, making for an enjoyable viewing experience. Overall, it's easy to see how _Boomerang_ influenced and set the bar for modern rom-coms.

It's fairly obvious from the get where everything is going, which isn't that surprising for a rom com. It's got a lot of good beats though, and it's fun to see Murphy attempt a screwball comedy in the 90s.

>"You got to reverse it. Don't be pussy-whipped, whip that pussy. Like this here, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang." There are a lot of top black actors in this movie. Halle Berry, Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, even Chris Rock. It was cool to see them all working together and I had a good laugh throughout the movie. A lot of famous lines come from this movie and I had no idea. Good old school Eddie flick.
