Excellent Spaghetti Western featuring revenge, but more about the tragedy of a former sharpshooter and his pupils. The camera work includes a famous shot of a glass sliding down a bar (from the perspective of the glass) in a saloon where half of the building is in Mexico and the other half is in Texas. And the saloon has a thick white line marking the border. The trumpet and the ballad about the train are excellent.

Our "Hero" is not really heroic, but instead we watch him slide down a slope from celebrity to huckster to dispair. He has 3 students - all live tragic lives for one reason or another.

There are a couple versions of this moving on Amazon Prime - I watched the one in Italian with english subtitles. The subtitles were hard to read because they were small print and they disappeared quickly before I could read them. But I got the gist of it. Definately will re-watch.
