Predictable and cliched, you can tell the major plotlines basically from the get-go. As for the characters, I can't put a finger on what, specifically, makes me feel that way, but all of them feel like shallow caricatures. The show also rushes off to introduce a whole bunch of characters too quickly and fails to give the viewers any reason to feel any sort of emotional attachment to them, so they end up being pointless background noise. I, personally, also find the lead actor to have zero charisma. He's....as bland like white bread. Obviously, that's just my taste and all, but I do not think he's the right choice for this show at all.

Apart from being cliche as hell, the whole show was very off putting, and had a weird vibe to it. Like a man wrote this fantasy about being a badass lawyer, and everything in the show felt like it was there to stroke his ego. Also, [spoiler] the end of season 2 was so ridiculous I have to mention it. He won the case despite the murder weapon and the blood on the gloves, just by redirecting the attention to another suspect. Not to mention it's so repetitive, because that's exactly how season 1 also ended.[/spoiler]

Loved it! Really enjoyed all the characters with great personal storylines. The lawyer stuff was compelling with twists and turns. I ended up watching the 2 full seasons in a row, and was never bored. I did have a "that's odd" moment. The reasoning became clear in the last episode, most people wouldnt notice I think. I was a bit disappointed, but it certainly doesn't take away from the fact that's it's a thoroughly enjoyable show. I'll definitely be in for a Season 3!

I'm watching this because of what I call the "hype machine." I'm watching this because I've seen every episode of "Boston Legal" and was wholly underwhelmed by "Big Little Lies," "Nine Perfect Strangers," and "Mr. Mercedes." I'm not going to lay "The Crazy Ones" at his feet, RIP More
