2014: Akira Natsume seems to almost have a phobia of electrical devices while also being very good at diagnosing them. He resolves to change himself for the better and get a girlfriend like his older brother did. …But then Akira suddenly dies in an accident. 16 years later a special policewoman and her android partner retrieve and activate a highly advanced AI and superweapon called EX-ARM and put it into full control of their ship as a last resort. Turns out the AI is actually just Akira’s brain!

Imagine dropping this anime only because of the animation? Yeah I see the issue with the animation, personally I don't mind, at least the characters design was good as for the story is better than a lot of animes released this year, it is kinda sad the hate on this show just because is not "visually stunning".

I usually dont comment but what the hell is this It feels like my eyes broke If it would have been my first anime i would have never tried other anime after this. CGI Anime are not the best people like most but it isn't comparable to the today standards.

The promo art is quite deceptive as this is not at all a traditional looking anime... even more so it's an atrocious mess. While I'm not at all opposed to 3DCG shows this one is in no way up to today's standards. The models look bad and so is the rigging, backgrounds are ugly and low res, the frame rate is choppy and it doesn't even take advantage of stuff 3D would bring (like delivering great action choreography). Putting 2D characters next to 3D ones should be forbidden by law. Whoever picks those Crunchyroll exclusives has some really fat fingers apparently but not that I'm surprised considering their first funded project wasn't even an anime to begin with.
