Pretty good documentary, goes in depth on the human diet through history and compares it to the health problems many people face today. Definitely not "pro meat propaganda" as another commenter mentioned.

Lots of great information! It is not at all anti plant. You can eat as much as you want just keeping a good ratio of meat in there along with exercise.
