It is surprising that a movie shot in 2019 seems older than the other movies released in the eighties. But it is the case. If in the two "El crack" films the investigations served as a macguffin for the main detective to evolve, here the case to be solved is only an excuse to imitate a style of filmmaking. But this attempt fails because it is tedious and stuffy, full of long and pretentious sequences.
