Short and sweet, the animated short film 'Pete' tells the story of a girl in the 1970s who would rather be called Pete and play baseball. And although the story is harmless and lighthearted, it is likely to upset the hell out of some people. And perhaps that's why it's important that works exist that deal with these issues on all levels. I certainly found the movie cute, so you might want to check it out.
