Jackie Justice is a mixed martial arts fighter who leaves the sport in disgrace. I'm a huge fan of the sport and Halle Barry so I was really looking forward to this one. MMA movies don't really have a good track record apart from Warrior. This movie is not the exception either, unfortunately. Halle is good, but that's like calling water wet. A satisfactory performance is not enough to save this very below-average drama. It's a tired plot we've seen a million times before with a predictable ending. I liked seeing Valentina Shevchenko in it and she should get more roles.

While performance and directing from H.Berry were great, what really captured my heart and feelings was the little boy and his drama. Probably one of the saddest performances of this year. Danny Boyd was amazing in a average but ok movie.
